How Much is Exercise Important to Crossdressing?

However you might feel about the topic of exercise, is it an important part of crossdressing? Undoubtedly it helps a lot if a crossdresser has a trim midsection to look femme. Hey, as men we have no curves like those sexy genetic girls, and we use clothing, cinchers, outfits, techniques of walking — actually anything — to give a hint of curves. Most importantly, we strive to be skinny in the middle. Do we want to achieve the ideal of an actual curvy hourglass shape, or can we can just be thin all the way down and let our onlookers fill in the visual details?

So it does not hurt your chances of being passable if you hit the fitness center every so often. Wouldn’t you agree? But, heavy workouts like lifting could possibly take away from your look. By doing lots of curls to pump up your arms and chest, you’re probably not going to look quite as feminine. Also, some crossdressers who exercise add waist muscle tissue, causing it to expand. All of this is of course is dependent on personal choice and health. You most likely want the sleek toned look that precedes the popping muscles if an exercise regime is taken too far.

As for as lighter forms of exercise, swimming and walking shouldn’t be a problem. If you go for a walk daily wearing two pound ankle weights, that should do a lot for your legs and thighs. Also, it could be argued that diet is far more important than exercise, but it’s the exercise that can help out in the waist area. If you like snug clothing, it doesn’t look so great on you with a boy gut.

But being too skinny can be a double-edged sword. Your legs might loose some of their shape. And, if you have some weight, it can contribute to curves by being in the hips and help in the chest area for creating great cleavage.
