Synthetic wigs are plastic, so hot irons can melt them or do some damage. Here’s a method i do to get curly wigs silky straight. Remember, if it’s not straight enough the first time, you can repeat the process. Take alot of care when combing it, use a wide tooth comb and work your way down to a smaller one if necessary because wigs don’t grow back if you pull the hair out.

no, it doesn’t. boiling hot water will make it permanently straight. but, i heard you can use rollers and follow the same water method if you want it curly.

Thanks for the inspiration but can you make a video stating how to make a wig with lace in the front and tracks sewn in the back. I like the option of taking my hair off at night.lol. So if you can make the same video but instead of straightening the hair somehow sewing a regular wig base to the lace wig base. I know if someone could make it look good it would be you. keep up the good work! thank you
