okay, my halloween costume is a drag queen (lol) but, I know about the heavy makeup thing…but how can I dress? what accessories do I need? what kind of hair should I have, I already have a blond afro, is that okay?? thx!!

Ideally a glittery dress or animal print, sequined everywhere it possibly can be. You can go over the top with the clothing, it’s all about the drama. Find pics of RuPaul, Jackie Beat, or Sweetie, they’re good examples.

You can watch the episode of Project Runway on YouTube where the challenge is to design ab outfit for a drag queen – a bunch of queens are on in full drag, talking about what works best as a drag queen outfit.
